I’ve got quite a lot of Pokemon already, but here’s my main team:

Yorick = Typhlosion
Named after the main character of Brian K. Vaughan’s Y: The Last Man. I ruminated for a couple of hours on the name, and when I thought of this one, ALAS, it just set off bells in my head. :)

Doctor = Alakazam
Pretty self-explanatory, really. Alakazam is clever, the Doctor is clever. :D I actually got an Abra from trading from a friend of mine, but I couldn’t change its name, so I captured a new one. 

Tenten = Gyrados
Named after my boyfriend. :D Because I found it hilarious that he should be a Magikarp, only to evolve into one of the most awesome pokemon EVAR. 

Dalek = Magneton
Also self-explanatory. I sort of regret naming it Dalek, should’ve named it Cyberman. Still, I’m used to the name now.

Boner = Marowak
THIS NAME PURELY FOR THE LULZ. I’m grinding my Boner, etc etc. 

Oliver = Gloom
Named after Emonerdcorp. Because he’s always a Gloom. 

Zander = Togetic
Named after my best friend evar, Zander. He’s my HM slave, sort of. I made it learn Headbutt, and it was just sort of amusing how “ZANDER USED HEADBUTT.”  

Android = Flaafy
“Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?” GEDDIT? I traded him though, for a Ditto from Zander.

Ianto = Ditto
Because it’s my Egg-breeding slut.
